Nice to meet you, this is the White Coast Fest. management team.

We would like to invite famous influencers from the Kansai area to participate in the music event "White Coast Fest." which will be held in Shirahama, Shirahama-cho, Wakayama Prefecture this September. I have contacted you to request this.

 

We would appreciate your help to make this event more exciting and help spread the word about tourism.

 

▶ The outline of the event is as follows.

[Event name] White Coast Fest.

[Venue] Shirahama, Shirahama-cho, Wakayama Prefecture (a special stage will be set up)

[Date] 2023/9/30 (Saturday) *In case of rain, postponed to 2023/10/1 (Sunday)

[Contents] Mainly live music by guest artists, kitchen car and lantern flying at the end of the event.

[Event Purpose] The event will be held at Shirarahama (White Beach) in Shirahama Town, Wakayama Prefecture, which focuses on tourism, and aims to greatly contribute to the promotion of the tourism industry, which has been hit hard by the coronavirus and other factors.

 

 

▶ Contents you would like to request in accordance with your participation

We would like to ask influencers to perform the following tasks: We would appreciate it if you could accept either or both of ① and ② according to your convenience.

 

① Shooting and uploading impressions

<Until the day of the event>, participants will visit scenic spots and event sites in Shirahama town, take multiple photos and videos, and share their impressions of the food and scenery on SNS with tags.

 

② Upload videos of event venues and tourist spots

On the day of the event, you will visit the event venue and surrounding tourist spots, shoot multiple videos, and share them on SNS. A manager from the Shirahama Town Tourism Association will accompany you on the day of your trip.

 

We are not prepared at this stage for travel expenses and guarantees. We hope that everyone will participate with goodwill and hope that this project will become a connection in the future.

We would like to have as many influencers as possible gather and use this as a place for interaction.
